You’re in good hands! I have been a corporate worker bee and I’ve been helping those same people feel better for over 20 years. Whether it was teaching noontime yoga to employees at the Gas Company, Sony Pictures, law offices in Santa Monica or Brave New Films, I have a knack for appealing to the 9-5 crowd. 

I’m qualified to teach yoga or stretching, meditation or mindfulness and as a California State Certified Massage therapist, I can help relieve pain and tension in the typical trouble spots such as neck and shoulders with my portable massage chair.

For rates, please contact me for a quote – I’ll need your location, requested services, and approximate number of employees. Since every situation is unique, I tailor quotes to each individual client.

Contact me to set up the date and time. Someone from human resources or a designated contact person alerts employees, they sign up through your company, and provide me the schedule including the individual’s names. 

Chair Massage is performed in an ergonomically designed portable massage chair. The professional chair is designed to keep the weight off the spine— allowing me access to the head, neck, shoulders, back arms, and hands.

Chair Massage is done while the client is fully clothed. Belts can be removed. Thick sweaters or suit jackets should be removed to maximize the session.

That depends on how many employees participate and the wellness budget for your company. I can do 7 minutes, 12 minutes or 17 minutes, giving me a few minutes to transition in between.

Ideally away from the activity hub of the office. A conference room, private office or even a secluded courtyard would suffice.

About 6‘ x 6‘ for me to set up the massage chair and have enough room to move around it.

Yes. You would book me for 2 hours minimum or 4 hours maximum. (2 hours minimum could serve a maximum of 12 people or 6 people depending on your length of service)

You can still provide me a space in which to work and your employees can pay me directly. 

I have reserved this time for you and your company, therefore I require 48 hours to cancel without penalty. If you cancel with less than 48 hours, then the full cost of the appointment time is due.
